I hike here and there. Coached in Barre for a while (ballet, yoga, pilates, cardio mix) I don't really make to much time for it anymore, but totally down to start again. Not too worried about it right now.
When the weather is nice I like to go for a jog to get some fresh air. I love the downtown architecture so sometimes I will prefer to walk down the street and sit and admire the buildings. I also do yoga constantly as the gyms are temporarily close and this keeps me active.
I love to go dancing or do yoga with my friends. That is basically how I tend to stay in shape. At the gym my favorite machine to use are the ellipticals, they really help me out. One day I'm going to be a member of the Equinox.
I love to do vinyasa yoga in my home studio. I enjoy running and would like to run a marathon someday. I also like to hike with my bulldog, Brody. She keeps me motivated. Paddleboarding is a summertime go-to as well.
I play soccer, so I work out everyday but I make sure to focus on all body parts so every day I work out something different cause you can just do legs all the time it won't make a difference. I also make sure to drink a gallon or more of water a day, and I try to make sure I'm eating well and not just putting junk Into my body.

I keep my body in shape by doing what i do for work. Im an exotic entertainer for a local club. i also enjoy going on hiking adventures as well. I also like to go on walks around my city and I enjoy walking around shopping malls too!
I do yoga on a regular basis normally, I have just started to do pole work (not a stripper), and sometimes I go for a run but not as much as I used to lately (maybe if I had a patient partner who'd work with me on this).
I live in the gym. Sports and staying in shape is literally everything. Just to see the results as time goes by arouses me. Its not a workout unless you are actually sweating and you get that fitness high!
I try to work out as often as possible and sometimes I struggle to find the time to do so. When I do, however, my main choice of workouts are Calisthenics and Cardio. I do specifically planned workouts three times a week and cardio two times a week.
I work out 5 days a week, eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and sleep as needed. I do have those so-called cheat days just to shock the system, but do my best to stick with what works. Avg. body fat for a guy my age is 27% mine is 11%.
I love going for early morning run to wake myself and get my blood pumping. Running puts a smile on my face and gives me that perfect rush to start my day.
Hiking with my puppy is the best of all of these, because I enjoy myself, so does my b*by and we are exercising.
Along with running and hiking I always try to squish in a daily workouts, whether that be some weighted squats or something else.
I have actively practiced yoga for 5 years. I practice every day, its helped me stay fit but also calm. I recently have dabbled in aerial yoga and pole fitness classes. Both of which I hope to get back to once the pandemic is over. I am working towards my yoga teaching certification and aspire open my own studio!
I started working out recently in the mornings, and since then (about 4 days ago) I've lost 7 pounds :) Its 30 squats, 2x30 swivel heel aps and a 1 minute plank. Absolutely recommend if youre looking for abs and a little bit of booty;)
