I do a mix of Tai Chi, Yoga, and walking regularly. I'm trying to go completely Vegan, all you need is imagination and ingenuity in your cooking: I can help with that! In the Summer months I love swimming, and want to learn how to play Tennis properly. Oh, and I learned to ski in 2016, so maybe I'll see you on the slopes!
By working out and drinking water throughout the day. Also since I am in college, I tend to stress a lot so my body drops in weight as well. I sometimes have to eat more food to go back to being thicker in my hips down.
When I wake up in the morning I drink meal replacer drinks. I stopped drinking milk and started eating more bread, I like French bread, flat bread, garlic bread, Hawaiian rolls. so yummy. also some avocados.
I like to take morning runs to warm up, followed by a two hour session in the gym, doing cardio and light weight lifting. Keeping a clean diet is also important, and drinking water, intaking electrolytes, and vitamins are a must!.
I think keeping one's body in shape begins with their mind, meditation each day accompanied with yoga and Pilates is a great way to stay healthy. Getting outside and hiking is another way I stay slim and reduce stress.
I go to the gym every morning at five, then from there I go straight to my cross fit class. I also hike 5-6 miles almost every day on top of that. I eat healthy every day as well which helps a lot, always fresh cooked meals.
I have a lung disease that has robbed the ability to study or work at what I graduated for , it stole my dreams I worked so hard on , and worse it disfigured me , but I AM ALIVE and every day I am still here I will take care of myself as best I can and still try my hardest to be as healthy as can be

Swimming is my meditation and one of my favourite exercises, I also love cycling on my road bike but only in spring/summer! Very much a fair-weather cyclist. I enjoy cross country running. Yoga if I can make time.
I also love skiing but obviously can't do that year round....yet!
I love to workout and eat healthy. I play volleyball and I've been working out at home recently since the gyms have closed. I try go out on local hikes and jogs to exercise daily. It's hard to turn down fast food sometimes but what's a cheat day or two;)
I go to the gym every other day and keep up with my BCAA vitamins. I meal plan for my work week with fruits and salads! I have type 1 diabetes so health is very important to me. Keeping my body healthy helps me be the best me throughout my day!
Yoga, and listening to my body. Not eating when I'm not hungry. Intermittent fasting when it feels joyful. Dealing with my trauma rather than pushing it down. During the summer, swimming, running, and going on long walks along the lake.
Yoga, outdoor activities, healthy diet, not stressing or getting upset about anything, light weight lifting, swimming in the ocean and in my pool, staying hydrated, and yes, as cliche as it sounds, long s*x sessions.
I belong to LA Fitness and enjoy working out - cardio isn't my strong suit. I do enjoy riding my bike and hiking in Eagle Creek. Being in shape is important to me - looking to lose the 10 pounds I gained during Covid. ugghh.

I do a lot of yoga. I am going for a walk once a day minimum. In summer I'm also going swimming and hiking. In Winter I like to go for long snowy walks and I also snowboard. I also like going boxing in a studio. I would love to try out new sport as well such a sailing, windsurfing, surfing, etc.

Been active all my life, Martial arts at an early age which I trained different style for many years. Now I train at the gym 3 to 4 days a week. I love being in nature exploring with bush walks/hikes. Swimming in the ocean is bliss.
