    I am at the gym 3-4 times a week to keep my figure. I like my waist trim & my legs and hips filled out. Fun activities that include exercise (yoga, dance, swim, hikes, etc) are my favorite. I do not consume heavy dairy. I eat organic foods that promote good digestion.

    I work out regularly 3-5 times a week. Weights and cardio. My cardio workout includes biking, hitting the heavy bag, and running. Staying active with a workout program keeps me in shape in all areas of my being. For example by keeping myself physically strong, it also helps me stay mentally strong.

    Now and then, I go for long walks to the park or jog on the school field right near me. I never do any heavy exercises or routines. And I used to weigh over 402 lb, and now I am at 125 - 130 lb, so it's a lifesaver for me

    I climb. cut and load trees by hand and walk my dogs at least a quarter of a mile after work 5 days a week. Plus on top of that I go to the gym and lift and I eat all an organic diet with fish fruit and vegetables.

    I have 4 farms, a large garden and yard. I enjoy working outside when weather and time permits. I like to go hiking and traveling. I love going to Door County on summer weeks with long walks in the Villages and parks.

    I have a gym membership, which I visit twice a week pretty much religiously and have done for god knows how many years. Additionally, I have a gym set-up in my garage. Couple that with 4 days a week when I walk at a good pace for at least 5 miles. When I say walking, I mean walking the lanes where I live but in place of that, with friends (or a girlfriend!) I like to go hiking to places like the Peak District, Yorkshire, the Lake District etc, even the Atlantic coast of Cornwall, just recently in Sweden. Health wise, I watch what I eat and Im aware of what I need to eat as I get older e.g. more protein, less carbs etc, Ive always been quite self-disciplined, however Im not ascetic, I like to indulge like anyone!.... but within reason, I guess.

    I eat mostly natural foods and try to eat healthy. I have my own workout room in my apartment so I'm always working on bettering my physical appearance as well as my health. I don't really drink, not that I'm opposed to it and I try not to smoke anything often as it decreases stamina.

    I don't really have any regime to keep myself healthy but I try not to fill myself with artifical products and fast food. I also just love healthy fresh food over oily things. Yoga is also something I try doing regularly.

    I love hot yoga, I'm very flexible... Swimming is my favourite. I love swimming at night. ------------------------- I am great at tennis, badminton & anything where I can hit a ball in someone's face.

    I do yoga on a regular basis normally, I have just started to do pole work (not a stripper), and sometimes I go for a run but not as much as I used to lately (maybe if I had a patient partner who'd work with me on this).
