I go to the gym 4-5 times a week! I do strength training, cardio, and yoga. I also love hiking and just bought some roller skates! I eat mainly fruits and vegetables, and I don't eat fast food or binge drink.
I was a college athlete so I have a lot of experience with staying in shape haha. I mostly run, swim, lift, and hike. I am literally always outside so I love doing anything outdoorsy or any other fun stuff :)
I have lost 100 pounds in the last year and I am very proud of my new shape and body. I am still working on my current weight goals. I am not your average skinny white girl, I have curves with character. You gotta love all my marks to like me :)
Run a mile and a half each day, complete full leg, core and upper body workout each day. Eat fruits and vegetables, as well as a variety of supplements in order to maintain the function of my body. Enjoy trying new things, would like to try rock climbing or sky diving sometime, as I feel it would be an amazing rush.

I exercise regularly, Ive been involved in sports since I was 4 and has been my whole life ever since. Competing internationally is definitely one of the best experiences of my life, although I like to go out and eat good food I try to limit the amount of unhealthy items I eat.
I was a dancer my whole life so that helped me start up, but I have continued to stay in shape by going to the gym and taking a couple dance classes on the side. I go to the gym almost everyday because it also helps as an outlet.

Por lo general salgo a correr o a andar en rollers. Tambin hago otros de portes como snowboard y algo de boxeo, aunque estos nos los practico con tanta regularidad como los anteriores, pero si que me gustara hacerlo.

I have a personal trainer, I workout 3-4 days a week even though my body is naturally thin. I don't diet actually I don't think I need it because I train but I don't eat out of my hours either. I'm not super strict but I like to stay healthy.
I occasionally hit the gym, totally depends on the week and my mood. I have recently gotten back into it a little bit more. Staying healthy and active is my goal. I like to eat well and cook well but will never cut out meat, carbs or sugar.
my job helps alot im always on the go can never sit down it seems it try to hit the gym when i can and tanning or work out at home if possible.im ok with my body right now but it could be better but im trying
I keep my body in shape by going to the gym. In the gym, I like to do cardio, yoga, and weightlift. I also live working out outside. Outside I love going for walks and hikes and doing exercises on the beach!
I have an average body type with a little bit of fluff but I do yoga 4 times a week so guess you can say im a little bendy and flexible ;) On my spare time I do like to go hike or backpacking. Anything outdoors!

I have been doing hula dancing since I could walk. It has really become a passion of mine. I am half Samoan and and half black but I grew up learning about my Samoan side more because my mother is from New Zealand.
I work out 5 days a week, eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and sleep as needed. I do have those so-called cheat days just to shock the system, but do my best to stick with what works. Avg. body fat for a guy my age is 27% mine is 11%.
