I work out 5 days a week, eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and sleep as needed. I do have those so-called cheat days just to shock the system, but do my best to stick with what works. Avg. body fat for a guy my age is 27% mine is 11%.
I workout every morning and eat the right amount of foods throughout the day. I make sure I consume the right amount of proteins I need, then I work out specific parts of my body. I work on my waist and my legs.
I am in the gym almost everyday when I can, except Sunday's. I try to stay pretty active. When I am at the gym I do my workout and always end with a 3 mile walk. Leg day is always my favorite :) along with core and booty workouts!
Everything in moderation and exercise of course. One needs to get plenty of sleep & down time. Exploring the ranch on foot. But the very best medicine was and could be again, a strong dose of weekly SB fun (:
I walk every day, don't drink, and have a quiet lifestyle in my little cottage three blocks from the Ocean. My socializing consists of being romantic with the young lady in my life so I try to stay in good shape to be able to thoroughly enjoy each other during times we are together.
I love to eat good food and of course a little fun food. I think of you balance out what you eat with a good workout program and stay active you will be great! I believe you need to keep your body in shape along with your mind.

When I train, I train hard. My training regime of choice over the last 5 years has been CrossFit. I love this discipline as it allows me to lift heavy weights but also improves my cardio fitness. Admittedly, if my diet is not in check then my body is not in it's best shape. Food intake is a challenge that I battle all the time...
Yoga for days
Squats for baes
I would consider myself slim thick in the right places. I'll tell you more when you message me on here. Would love to tell you about my workout routine! :) :) :) :) :) :)
I eat healthy I have always loved fruits and veggies more than sweets and candy. I think that has helped with my weight and keeping it the way I want it to be. I want to get a little more fit but that will take more time.
I am a plus size woman who is completely comfortable in my own skin. I love to eat and go on adventurous such as hiking. I do eat very well some week but others I just enjoy life and take in all the fats and carbs.
i love to workout and dance! Dance has always been my first love. I really love to run think that's what helps keep me in shape the most. Aside from that i also really like to swim, lol, I'm practically a fish in the water.
I do light upper body exercises in the morning in order to wake myself and get my body moving and in the afternoon I do full body exercises once im more awake and alert in order. I do this every other day to give my body a rest so I don't overwork myself! :)
In August 2019, I weighed 210 lbs! One day I decided that my life was awesome, I had a great apartment, my dream car, and great jobs that gave me the best financial situation I could imagine(at the time)... but I didn't look like I was happy. So I decided to start the keto diet combined with intermittent fasting, and by January 2020 I weighed 138 lbs. Since then, I've kept it off and got down to 130 and but up to 135 after I started gaining muscle. Life feels so much better now that I'm more flexible, agile, and everything feels so much more easy and light. I can slip between things easily, I get more looks from people, and I am so much more confident than I've ever been in my life. The downsides: my bra size drastically decreased, and for me personally I lost all that weight just in time for covid-19 to hit and I didn't get the chance to adjust to my new appearance. I still feel odd when I'm told I'm slim, petite, skinny, thin, etc. because I spent most of my life being a little overweight, and then obese in my early college years. I'm grateful to have gone through that transformati... see more >>

I'm grateful to have gone through that transformation... I get to see both sides of how women are treated by their appearance and its quite interesting.
I've kept it off for over a year just by being on my feet for work, and being generally conscious of calories without actually counting them. You just gotta commit to it, and it pays off!
I take biweekly trips to the gym and eat as healthy as I can on a college student budget. I dance alone in my room quite a lot as well! :) My gym routine is as follows: 10 minute warm up on treadmill (increasing incline steadily), 20 minute jog, 10 minute stair climb, then mats!
