    Doing physical work for my job as well as walking, tramping and mountain biking and trail riding. I really enjoy the outdoors especially during summer. not into running or marathons or anything too physical!

    I keep my body in great shape by going to the gym three or four times a week, playing golf once in a while and other activities such as walking to make sure I'm staying in proportion. It's not easy being petite :)
