I go to the gym 3x a week and train with a personal trainer. I can deadlift over 200 pounds and keeping me physically fit helps me say mentally fit - which is my speciality. I have been training for over 3 years
I am an older man and my body is not in the shape that it was. As a young man I rode bulls professionally and for several years stayed hurt in someway. As I got older I did things like jog and ride bikes to stay "in shape". However, in the past several years I have had to have several operations due to injuries as a young man and have not been able to "exercise" due to ongoing issues plus some of the meds (steroids) have caused me to gain weight but I was still not "big". Then came COVID and I was not able to go to the gym and the COVID 20 became a reality. While I am not hampered by my size I am a teddybear!

My work life is very physically demanding. I hate stairs now because they remind me of all the times I have brought people down them on a stretcher! Not the most fun thing in the world but it will keep ya fit!

As I mentioned I swim once a week, next to that I try to go for a 60 minute walk every day, and I go to the gym when I have the time. I do not really watch what I eat because I have a very stable weight which I am very happy and content with.

Lots and lots of food, you don't grow a booty by eating celery and lettuce all day.
But don't be fooled, with a booty comes a belly.
Can't have the best of both worlds :-p (unless you don't mind ofcourse)
Love to workout and keep my body nice and tight. I do not consume a lot of junk but we cant help ourselves sometimes lol. I work on my core abd do cardio in the mornings, i also work on my legs and upper body. I simply look up workout videos on youtube!

I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weight training, and have a fast metabolism. I'm fairly new to weight training though. So I'm not muscular or overly toned, but nor am I fat. Overall, I would say that I am a very thin person.
I absolutely love the gym! I go about 5 days out of the week for about an hour and a half.
I've worked on maintaining a healthy diet and no longer eat that processed junk lol. Although it is a bit expensive for me to keep such a healthy lifestyle, its the way I choose to live my life.
I keep my body in shape by skipping the sugary cocktails and going straight to the vodka sodas. I also exercise on the daily and love spending some days hiking with my pup. I'm a very health conscious eater and set goals to maintain my shape.
I am naturally tall and pleasantly curvy... thankfully
But, I eat healthy, but delicious (I love to cook!) foods and stick to the diet sodas. However, I do enjoy many sports, basketball and tennis are my favorite!
