Working hard and surrounding myself with top talent. Also, being in the right place at the right time. Finally, a little luck and keeping myself and others honest has been key. Integrity is the most important element or my success and will always be.
I achieved my academic success b*y working my butt off doing double shifts to p*y and maintain my little family of 3 kids small kids. and still find time to study and do my classes mostly online some on campus.but I am a woman of Perseverance I will not stop especially while I can be an example to my kids and have there 3 little faces watching me , until I accomplish the best I can. I showed them the importance of higher education and that its never to late , I showed that the by going to school you get a better career and work less harder, and can be more at home.
Haven't achieved my goal yet hit my ideal plan is to own my own baker/ deli in a way. Why I love to bake sweets and I love making salads of all kinds along with sandwiches and smoothies. By a mix of luck and then grasping the opportunity and working * hard at it! It is very important to then learn good m&ney management skills. Without determination and discipline to work even when you don't feel it, you won't make it.

I was lucky enough to be exposed to computers in the '70s before they really took off, so was very familiar with all kinds of technology, it was fairly natural for me to fall into that line of work, starting out at the bottom, in mainframe operations, graduating to PC building and networks before I began to specialise in application support. I quickly discovered I had a knack for being able to translate complex ideas into simple language and moved into what is generally referred to as technicalsales support, or pre sales support. Effectively I'd work alongside the sales team and provide credibility to customers by explaining what it is our solutions do. It's a very lucrative and little talked about area of computing / IT as it's often well paid but also with a high commission element as well. Over 30 years I have experienced many different roles from support to team leader / manager / director, and from solution s*lling to developing and implementing applications. Over 30 years I have experienced many different roles from support to team leader / manager / director, and from solution s*lling to developing and implementing applications.
Over time Imigrated into senior / specialist / subject matter expert roles. I have been headhunted for almost every job I've ever had as my skills are highly in demand.
I am currently product director for a global SaaS application - I own the product strategy, go to market planning, integration, enablement/training of our teams and partners etc.
I would say the key to my success has been a willingness to learn new things, to go where there are new / niche areas of technology as specialisingincreases your demand and earning ability. You also need to learn to s*ll yourself, there's no getting away from that - nobody is going to give you a p*y rise or promotion, you have to justify it by the work you have done above and beyond your job description.
I'm currently enrolled to be taking classes on getting my Real Estate Broker license, I'm very excited to start my career and always looking for advice on how to further it, so if you got any pointers I'd love to hear them :)
I started my first business when I was 25. Did very well at it. Fun fact if you drive between Vegas and California you will drive past something I helped design and build. I even have credits in TV show shot here in Las Vegas.
Intelligence, hard work, risk taking and great people skills...but mostly luck Truly, if you are honest, have integrity and think of others first you will do well as I have. My clients never have to question that they come first.

Continuing to show up every day. Taking time for rest and self-care. Doing things that are uncomfortable and stretch me. Focusing on one key task each day and committing to its completion. Flowing with the energy... following the projects that are juicy and joyful for me.
I am a very open and communicative person. I do great in customer service jobs and tend to always have very satisfied customers. I'm a great listener and a very fast learner. I love to experience new things and no job is too tough for me!
Right now i cant answer about a business or career as i am unemployed. But im trying realky hard to find a job. Just there seems to be no luck. Even with places that ive previously worked. I wasnt a bad worker, actually i was among the top ... i just couldn't stay long.
I don't work a business but I do work at O'Reilly starting at the bottom trying my hardest to build a career with hard work and honesty. I'm not a fan of things that interrupt my work but most days are slow.
Though and only though helping others to achieve success however they define it. It's not happiness we seek, we seek the simple feeling of being useful to others. The beauty lies in how effortless it can be and yet how something so simple provides an endless abundance of positive energy. Feeling useful by helping another is so basic. The simple notion returns an onset of emotions bringing us joy and happiness. When we have the gift of being useful to those we care so deeply about the return of emotions brings an abundance of joy and happiness we call love. Mic Drop......
