I'm a blue-collar professional in the trucking and delivery industry whose hard work Is a daily workout, if you only knew how hard my thing is!
Get your mind out the gutter... I'm talking about work here woman..! lol..
Everything in moderation and exercise of course. One needs to get plenty of sleep & down time. Exploring the ranch on foot. But the very best medicine was and could be again, a strong dose of weekly.
I like to cycle. I am looking for a good trail now. I like variety in workouts also. I try different ones. I do walking workouts and dance workouts. Dancing is a good workout and great way to use different muscle groups.
Regular exercise and good nutrition and having fun at it! As a fitness trainer I have to do this, but I've been doing it all my life and love helping others get more healthy and fit but have fun at the same time. For me beauty is health, and it last a lifetime.
I keep in shape by playing golf, tennis and basketball. I also use resistance bands exclusively for strength and flexibility training. I also bike, hike take solitude walks. I also have to pups, Max and Maggie who keep me happy and on my toes. LOL.
By eating healthy and doing different types of workouts: cardio, weights, yoga, dancing, etc. When the weather is good I like to go for long bicycle rides. Trying new ways to exercise keeps me engaged with my targets. I must say boredom through repetition can derail anyone's goals. My suggestion, keep it fresh!
I do my best to eat right and workout minorly, just enough to stay in shape. I believe I was just blessed with good genes. I do not work out for long just some stretching, core workouts, and squats for a sexier ass.
I work out 5 to 6 days a week (running, yoga, hiking, strength training) and generally enjoy staying active. I'm also just genetically lucky to have survived many years of bodily neglect without any extra weight.
Running daily, lifting weights, yoga, stretching, resistance bands (no choice due to covid), online workout classes, hiking at different trails, playing basketball, ping pong, and simply any other physical sport when available.
I work out with a trainer 3x a week and I cycle 4x a week. During the week I also try to eat as healthy as possible so I can spoil myself on the weekends. Also during the week I do not drink, and I am lowkey obsessed with Whole Foods and I love to cook.
Working at my job keeps me in shape, on my feet all day. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs all day as well. lifting and pulling things down. imma pretty girl.:P
Ask me anything, I am an ops manager at Amazon
Daily gym sessions for me are a must I eat healthy and respect my bodies. Physical fitness is important. Lifestyle and small achievements are what I look forward to. My body is a temple and I keep it clean.
I am vegan and exercise daily, I think it's also great for the mind as well. But lately, I have put on some weight but I was underweight before. I think eating well is also great for your appearance and skin texture.
