I lightly work out but I keep to a strict diet and try to be as active as possible. I am a curvy woman with hips and all and I want to keep it that way. I am a pisces so we naturally have a softer, squishier look haha but that's what I do!
I like to workout outside by hiking or walking trails with one of my three dogs! However I also love a great sweat session at the gym on a stair machine to keep my legs and butt toned lol! They're my best assets!
I go to the gym regularly, cycle everyday as well as regular boxing sessions. I eat a incredibly healthy diet but enjoy all foods. I enjoy regular walks and hikes across the countryside as well as diving and regular sea swimming.
Im Avid surfer, runner and skier. We live on the beach and are always active.
She is a die hard fitness addict. Working out is her passion and it shows. We are always doing something.

I play volleyball, swim in mornings and gym every now and then with the occasional yoga sessions. I enjoy mountain climbing and very long walks/ runs. I am always down to be active and always love a good swim xx
I workout and do cardio 5 days a week and was a competition dancer growing up. I like running on the treadmill and going on the bike. I love wearing Lululemon and nike workout clothes, as well. Working out is super important to me.
Personally, I like to do yoga in the morning or some quick floor exercises. I'm not the biggest fan of working out but it's something I've always wanted to incorporate into my daily life, so to find someone that has the same level of interest in fitness that could teach me a few things would be absolutely to die for!
The gym is a MUST! I go and workout every morning! I am the worlds worst at eating right, so i just became a gym rat it is the best and biggest stress reliever to actually just go to the gym and blow off steam! Plus the body is a plus
Honestly? I just b*y & follow popular yoga workout routines on Youtube haha.
Specifically; I do Jillian Michaels Yoga meltdown programs and other similar ones I find.
It's a great way to keep toned and stay up to par! ^-^
Honestly I was blessed ! Been like this my whole life & I do yoga & run to keep in shape !Also recently ish went vegan & its helped me alot & I have much more energy ! Id love to workout but don't know where to start lol
I do aerobics three times a week and daily runs. I've started to go vegan to help cleanse my body. I like to not worry about my weight as long as I'm happy and staying active and eating right I'm okay with the way I look.
I love to dance. So I still do stretches as I can. I love to have s*x. That is my main way of staying in shape. I do not get to do either much since COVID and my husbands death. It is very hard since I am a bit eccentric in some ways. s*x is how I keep my hip in joint and how I keep stress down. Now that I am a widow I find myself with a great big problem with my hip.
I've been a dancer ever since I was 4 so I usually still dance recreationally. But I also love lifting weights as it's fun, a good stress reliever, and helps me tone up and burn a lot of calories quickly.
I love biking, hiking, and going to the gym a few times a week. I mostly stick to a plant based diet and good a mindset...is what I would've said if I wasn't so broke and stressed out all the time. I stay in shape because I starve myself in order to meet society's expectations for women. I have cellulite, thick thighs, a little stomach, visible ribcages, and arm fat and I think i'm * STUNNING

Well my job in healthcare keeps me on my feet all day, I also love to take long walks. I love exploring new places weather it be down by the sea, mountains or through fields of flowers :) . I also have a bike that I like to take out and feel the wind against me
