By eating healthy and doing different types of workouts: cardio, weights, yoga, dancing, etc. When the weather is good I like to go for long bicycle rides. Trying new ways to exercise keeps me engaged with my targets. I must say boredom through repetition can derail anyone's goals. My suggestion, keep it fresh!
